registering or making reservations. However, you must agree that
HAVANARENTACAR.com may share your personal information with service
providers such as hotels that are directly related to your
reservations requests. You must also agree that HAVANARENTACAR.com
may from time to time contact you by e-mail for purposes related to
your reservations, use of this site and related matters, unless you
specifically decline such contact through an appropriate e-mail
message.

This web site and the entirety of its contents,
including design, texts, images, the domain name HAVANARENTACAR.com,
and the HAVANARENTACAR logo, are the property of MCH SOLUTIONS INC.
No portion of this site may be modified, transferred, published,

HAVANARENTACAR.com. Other product and company names mentioned herein

commercial purpose. In using this site you warrant that you are of
sufficient legal age to incur binding legal responsibility for your
actions on this site and for any others who may use this site using

PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & REIMBURSEMENTS |
We want to make sure that our customers understand the terms and conditions of their booking. If for any reason you do not understand any part of the terms and conditions, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Once you have made a reservation with our service you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the cancellation policy. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this policy.
In the event of cancellation, please notify us immediately. Charges are billed as per the date the cancellation is received by HAVANARENTACAR.com and are applicable on all products booked.
Reservations booked and paid online at www.havanarentacar.com may be cancelled only within 15 days of the payment date and no later than 7 days prior to the check-in date.
There are no refunds for reservations that include December 24th and December 31st.
(All reservations are subject to a 20 EUR administration fee when cancelled).
Note: Your credit card will be charged for the equivalent in EUR, using the applicable exchange rate. The conversion to your local currency on your statement may vary slightly.
INDICATED PRICING
HAVANARENTACAR.com reserves the right to change published prices without notice. In the event that HAVANARENTACAR.com decreases pricing, the revised rates are valid on new bookings only. Previously reduced rates may increase without notice, and is valid on new bookings only.
CHANGES
The possibility always exists that for reasons beyond the control of HAVANARENTACAR.com changes may have to be made in a client's specific reservations. These would normally be necessary because of a service provider's unanticipated inability to provide a particular service, but they might also occur due to weather or other acts of nature beyond the control of HAVANARENTACAR.com. Whenever such changes are required, HAVANARENTACAR.com will consult with the client and offer optional alternative services of equal value. HAVANARENTACAR.com will never refund payment of any amount when changes are beyond its control.

Standards of living vary greatly from country to
country. Be advised that living conditions may be different in
respect to provision of utilities, services, food and accommodation
outside of your country. HAVANARENTACAR.com assumes no
responsibility for illness or inconvenience resulting from the
service provided or omitted at the destination.
HAVANARENTACAR.com cannot be held liable for any claims, losses,
damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature
or kind whatsoever, to the traveler and/or traveling companions or
group members, resulting from events beyond HAVANARENTACAR.coms or
a supplier's control, including but not limited to acts of God,
strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars,
blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, weather conditions,
floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
LIABILITY LIMITATION
HAVANARENTACAR.com expressly rejects any responsibility or liability
for any injury, loss, damage or claim by users that they may incur
through their use of this site or of any site linked to
HAVANARENTACAR.com, including, but not restricted to, incidental,
punitive, special, direct, indirect or consequential damages insofar
as the applicable law allows, including loss of savings, time and
profits. This disclaimer includes any and all claims arising from
the malfunctioning, performance or nonperformance of this site with
respect to reservations and ticketing.
